Shipping and returns

For all international orders we use UPS Standard and PostNord for Finnish orders. Shipping times are estimated and we are not responsible for possible delays. We are also not responsible for any loss or damage to your package.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays. It may take up to 5 business days to process an order.

We offer flat shipping fees depending on your country.

EUROPE EU:
UPS Standard (3-8 days): 20€

EUROPE NON-EU:
UPS Standard (6-9 days): 50€

UK:
UPS Standard (3-8 days): 30€

FINLAND:
PostNord (1-3 days): 5€

USA & CANADA:
UPS Expedited (6-9 days): 45€

ASIA:
UPS Expedited (6-9 days): 60€

MIDDLE EAST AND ARAB EMIRATES:
UPS Standard (6-9 days): 75€

AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND:
UPS Standard (6-9 days): 75€

Unfortunately we currently do not ship to Russia or Belarus.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Our warehouse is located in Finland. For all orders shipped outside the European Union, the recipient is responsible for possible import taxes and customs duties. HAGELSTAM takes no responsibility for tax costs or possible delays due to customs.

RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your shoes, however if you are not fully satisfied, you may return them within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All returned products must be unused in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Please note that the customer is responsible of all returns charges. Duties and shipping fees will not be refunded. Returns must arrive at our location within 14 days from the date the parcel is received. Items received after this period are accepted only at the discretion of HAGELSTAM.

All international returns must be sent from the same country as received and clearly marked on the as "Returned Goods" to avoid import duty. We reserve the right to deduct any additional import duty costs from your refund amount.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:

1. Email us at info@hagelstam.com. Please state your order number, a description of the item you wish to return and the reason of return.

2. Pack the item by using the original delivery box and all additional accessories your shoes came with.

3. Arrange a pick-up with a courier of your choice (we recommend DHL, UPS or Fedex) or hand the package at the closest dedicated Service Point.

Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days to processing your return.

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide exchanges or reservations at this point. If you would like to buy a different product, please make a new purchase on the website.
